Community Events — Free of Charge
The NFED provides a free event calendar for the central southern equestrian community. The following types of events can be included completely free of charge:

• Open Shows & Fun Rides
• BHS Affiliated Riding Club competitions, clinics and activities
• Pony Club events
• Events organised by non‑profit groups
• Events held primarily in aid of a registered charity, club funds, or a recognised good cause

These calendar listings are free to support the equestrian community, local clubs, and charitable causes. Our thanks go to the NFED’s paying advertisers, whose support makes this possible.

Commercial Events — Standard Directory Listing Required
Events held by a commercial venue, individual, or business for profit or financial gain must have a Standard Listing in the NFED Services Directory, or be held at a venue that already has a current listing. This applies to commercial organisers such as:

• Equestrian centres, livery yards & shops
• Cross‑country courses
• Freelance instructors running paid clinics
• Any business or individual hosting events for income
