No technical skills are needed. Simply send us your details and photos, and we’ll create and manage your listing for you. Updates are just as straightforward — tell us what needs changing, and we’ll handle it.

Every new or renewed listing is promoted across NFED, featured in our newsletter, and shared on social media — giving your business maximum visibility from day one.

If you already have a website or Facebook page, we’ll include a direct link. This not only drives visitors straight to your site but can also help strengthen your search engine ranking by connecting you to an established, trusted platform.

No website? No problem. Your NFED listing can act as your online presence at a dedicated address such as: www.nfed.co.uk/yourname.

There’s no extra cost — just ask, and we’ll set it up for you. Once live, you can share the link or use it in your advertising to send customers directly to your listing.

Directory Listing Options
We offer two listing options to suit different needs:

• Standard Listing — includes extras such as a photo gallery, multiple categories, and access to the Business News page and Event Diary.
• Economy Listing — a budget-friendly option at half the price, with a single photo, one category, and no extras.

NFED Event Diary
With a Standard Listing, you get full access to our busy Event Diary — the easiest way to promote your events and a great way to support the NFED so we can keep the service running.

• Venues with a Standard Listing can promote any event held at their location.
• Instructors and event organisers with a Standard Listing can advertise events at any venue.

Every event you add includes a direct link back to your listing, making it simple for visitors to learn more about you and helping your business reach more customers.

NFED News Page
The Business News service is included with every Standard Listing. Simply email us your news along with a photo or two, and we’ll post it on the NFED News page.

Your headline will also appear under What’s New and be shared in our weekly newsletter and across social media — giving your updates maximum reach throughout the equestrian community.

Payment Options
Option 1: Monthly PayPal subscription & save 10%.
Option 2: Single payment by Debit/Credit Card or PayPal.
Option 3: Bank Transfer or Cheque.

Important: Our minimum advertising periods are 3 months for Standard listings and 6 months for Economy listings. You’re welcome to cancel a listing at any time, but please note that we can’t offer refunds for any unused time, as the initial setup costs are covered during the early part of the listing.

The subscription option is designed for advertisers who prefer to spread payments and enjoy hassle‑free renewals. If a subscription is cancelled before the minimum advertising period has been completed, the advertiser won’t be able to use the subscription option again in the future and may also be declined further use of the directory.

We reserve the right to decline business services for any organisation we consider inappropriate, directly competitive, or duplicating services already offered by the NFED. If you are unsure, please feel free to ask.
