I have studied and developed various techniques over the years and adapt my skills to each individual horse. Deep tissue massage, Masterson Method Integrated Body Work, Acupressure, Myofacial release work, Meridian balancing, Pilates core strengthening exercises, stretching, massage and nutrition enable me to offer a holistic approach to you and your horse

The various massage and stretching techniques I use enables the horse to perform to its full potential by

  • Increasing and improving circulation and reducing congestion within blood and lymph vessels
  • Increasing performance and flexibility
  • Helping to prevent injury
    Improving recovery time
  • Enhancing muscle tone
    Relaxing muscle spasm
  • Preventing and relieveing adhesions and fibrous bands in muscles, tendons and ligaments
  • Increasing the range of movement to maintain flexibility
  • Promoting general well-being
  • Stimulates or relaxes the nervous system
  • Increases excretion of fluids
  • Increases the exchange of substances between cells
  • Encourages tissue repair
  • Stretches connective tissue
  • Increases intestinal movement
  • Stimulates glands
  • Helps clean pores

Treatments can benefit the well being of the horse, release tension and promote mental relaxation. In the event of an Injury, a treatment is of great benefit to aid recovery and prevent atrophy (wasting) of muscles, this combined with a controlled exercise programme to help your horse through its recovery.

Following a routine treatment I leave you with some simple exercises and/or techniques which you can perform between visits to ensure your horse gains the most benefit.

Treatments can also help:

  • Movement
  • Topline
  • Lameness
  • Stiffness
  • Increase Performance
  • Improve your horses stride
  • Inflammation of soft tissues
  • Keeping older horses active
  • Help with behavioural problems
  • Rehabilitation after injury

£70 per session (within 10 mile radius of BH24) discount available for 3 or more horses
I always like to leave on a positive note and therefore this may over run.

The initial treatment can take up to 1.5 hours as this includes a free assessment.

Please call for a no obligation chat.
