Unfortunately, the tick box to accept Classifieds Guidelines & Rules before an advert can be submitted has been replaced due to adverts submitted that clearly do not follow guidelines.

The posters have made no attempt to read either the guidelines or the FAQs section before contacting us, which wastes my time & efforts having to explain why the adverts have been rejected.

The Rules & Guidelines have evolved over many years & exist to protect both us & our advertisers, whilst making the site possible & viable as a small business.

There are no hidden or nasty surprises & if followed, adverts should be approved without problems, so please take the time to have a read through before posting an advert or contacting us.

Apologies to the majority of users that do follow the rules & use the site as intended.
