Contacting an AdvertiserBy Email. Carefully enter your Email address, name, phone number and message to the advertiser and then click on the Send Enquiry button. Your message will be sent to the advertiser's Email address. For security reasons all advertiser's Email addresses are hidden in the NFED Classifieds unless they include it in the body of the advert. Messages are sent directly from the server, they do not show in your sent Emails. Please avoid text talk, give as much information as you can and ask sensible questions. If your enquiry does not seem to be genuine, the advertisers are unlikely to reply as this will reveal their Email address. You will be sent a copy of the enquiry for your records. To fight fraud, enquiries are monitored for unusual activity and backed up. If suspicious activity is spotted, the enquiries are checked for scams and dealt with accordingly. Stictly No Canvassing: We have a zero-tolerance policy to canvassing, cold calling or spamming. Anyone ignoring this policy, offering goods or promoting services that have not been requested, may be blocked from accessing the NFED. If you have sent an enquiry & not received a reply, please first check that your enquiry looks genuine & doesn’t ask questions that are answered in the ad. Advertisers are advised to ignore suspicious enquiries. If you think there is a problem, please contact admin as there may be a problem with either the email address or enquiries going to spam. We can contact the advertiser on your behalf & check. Don’t forget to also check your own spam folder, as replies from the advertiser may be there. By Phone. Please respect any special contact instructions or times posted by the advertiser. The NFED acts as a point of contact only. Any arrangements, payments or contracts between buyer and vendor/advertiser are the sole responsibility of the parties concerned.
