There is a nominal charge of £8.99 for adverts to help cover site running costs. There are no commission charges or VAT to pay. Adverts are displayed for up to 6 months, with a paid renewal option to start again at the top. Payment may be waived for qualifying adverts at the administrator’s discretion.

The standard charge of £8.99 applies to: 

• Horse/Pony regardless of value - Offered
• Horse/Pony - Wanted
• Horse/Pony for share, loan or riding - Offered
• Horse/Pony for share, loan or riding - Wanted
• Liveries, grazing or property for sale or rent - Offered
• Liveries, grazing or property for sale or rent - Wanted
• Lorries, Trailers & Vehicles - Offered
• Lorries, Trailers & Vehicles - Wanted
• Single offered item with asking or guide price greater than £174.99
• Multiple items with total asking or guide price greater than £174.99
• Livestock, pet, poultry or waterfowl - Offered regardless of value
• Livestock, pet, poultry or waterfowl - Wanted
• Offered item not displaying an asking or guide price
• Offered lot not displaying amount available, asking or guide price
• Repeat advert under two months old or exceeding usage limits
• Trade advert without a Standard Directory Listing - Offered or Wanted
• Free ads can be upgraded & featured by paying the standard fee

The following will be free of charge at the administrator's discretion (online submissions):

• Equestrian, agricultural and countryside items or lot offered, clearly priced with a value up to £174.99 (Excluding all animals).
• Adverts for livery or grazing from yards with a current directory listing.
• Paid Employment offered.

If there is any doubt, the advert will not be approved without payment.

Adverts subject to payment will only be approved when payment has been received. You can pay by credit/debit/Paypal card securely online through our shopping cart system, bank (banking app) transfer, or post a cheque. Sorry, but we no longer accept payment by phone.

If payment is not received within 2 days, the advert will expire from the waiting list but the details will be retained to allow us to post a replacement advert if late payment is received.

Adverts not submitted online, will be charged the standard £8.99 regardless of value or advert type.
