NFED Classified Help & Frequently Asked Questions

Photo Problems

Photos can be uploaded or exchanged at any time after the advert has been created by going to the Advert Control Panel. The advert details & links will also be included in your NFED Classified Advert Details Email.

All ads will accept four photos in jpg, jpeg, bmp, png or gif format. You will receive a confirmation Thumbs Up when a photo has uploaded. The main photo must be uploaded for the other three photos to show.

If you are using a mobile, try uploading one at the time. Reducing the image size & using WiFi or 4G connection will help to avoid the common upload problems caused by large files or slow connections.

Having problems? Don't worry, we can help.
As long as you can get the photos to us by any of the methods below, we can then upload them for you.

Please include your Advert Number
If there is particular photo that you would prefer as the main image, please provide the file name or a clear description of the photo. Please don't say "the first photo" as the order may change when they are sent.

Email - the photos to editor@nfed.co.uk
You can also reply to your advert details or shopping cart Emails & attach the photos.

WhatsApp, iMessage or Text - Send to 07826 857124

Facebook Message - Go to the NFED Facebook page www.facebook.com/nfed.co.uk & send us a message with the photos.

to NFED. Brushwood, Church Lane, Sway, Hants SO416AD.

Originals are handled entirely at your own risk, please include a SAE if you would like them returned.

How long will it take?
We can only upload the photos when we are in the office, so there may be a short delay but we will confirm that they have been received & uploaded. If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please contact us again. Some photos are too large to Email, so we may not have received them.

© In all circumstances, it is your responsibility to ensure that you either own the copyright or have permission to use the images.
