NFED Classified Help & Frequently Asked Questions

How to Remove an Advert

To keep the classifieds tidy, we do ask advertisers to remove adverts that are no longer current or available.

To Remove Your Advert
Click on the Edit Ad links below the advert to go to the advert Control Panel.

Enter your advert password* in the Delete option and click the red "Go >>" button.

If you entered the correct password, your ad will be displayed with a "Delete Advert" button beneath it.

If you are sure that you want to delete this ad, click on the "Delete This Ad" button. You should then see an acknowledgement page if your ad was successfully deleted.

* Passwords are cAsE seNsitIVe so must be entered exactly as the original including any spaces. Click on the Recover Password link to receive your password by Email.

Any Problems
If you have any problems, please contact us and we can remove the advert for you.

Notes
When an advert is deleted, it is permanent and cannot be recovered. Any repeat/replacement adverts will not qualify as free adverts unless the original advert was two months old.
To replace a free advert or readvertise the items you must either wait two months from the original advert date or pay the standard insertion fee (there is no two month limit for paid ads, they can be replaced at any time).

By submitting and paying an insertion fee for an advert to be displayed on the NFED or upgrading to a featured advert, you are entering into a contract for an advertising service with CK Art - NFED. When the order is processed the service is deemed to have started. Any cancellation rights will end at this point as explained in the Distant Selling Regulations for online services. We would love to be able to guarantee that every advert will be successful and every enquiry genuine, this simply isn’t possible. We are under no obligation to refund the payment for an advert that is unsuccessful or removed by either the advertiser or the administrator.
