Advertising Terms & Conditions – CK Art - NFED
By submitting and paying for an advertisement or upgrading to a featured listing on NFED, you enter into a binding agreement for advertising services with CK Art - NFED.
Advert Insertion Fee
The insertion fee covers advert processing and any associated third-party service costs that are non-refundable. Once an advert is processed and approved, there are no additional charges or commissions. The fee remains the same, whether your advert appears online for just a few seconds or the full 180 days.
Cancellation & Refunds
To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact the administrator before processing begins. Once processed, the service is considered delivered, and cancellation rights are no longer applicable under the Distance Selling Regulations for online services.
Refunds are not issued for adverts that do not succeed or are removed—either by the advertiser or administrator once approved. Any discretionary refunds may affect future eligibility for free ads or cause approval delays. Non-refundable PayPal and bank charges will be deducted from any approved refund.
Customer Support & Additional Services
We offer full technical support at no extra cost. For ad hoc services, a fee of £50/hour applies, with a minimum charge of £12.50 for up to 15 minutes. If a payment is cancelled after support is provided, the relevant charges may be deducted from any refundable amount.
PayPal & Card Refunds
Refunds via PayPal or card will reflect the net amount received, after PayPal transaction fees are deducted—unless the error is ours.
Bank Transfer Refunds
If for any reason a bank transfer or banking app payments need to be refunded, please contact us and provide the following account details:

Bank Account Number
Since direct refunds are not possible with this payment method, a separate return payment will be arranged. For security reasons, payments made using other methods cannot be reimbursed via bank transfer.
