Reluctantly sale due to the intended travel commitments of my son it’s time to find this very handsome boy a new Home. Phoenix is 15.3hh and 12 years old, we have owned him for 3 years and he passed 5 star vetting before we purchased. His breeding is a KINSKEY (a Czech warmblood). My son has had lots of fun hacking him on the forest alone or in company and he’s been fine with the crab flies. He has done a bit of hunting and wasn’t phased by the hounds but did get a bit excited. He has a nice jump and good paces. Phoenix can be a bit sharp when unsure so for this reason I would say he’s not a novice ride. He loves routine and to live with a friend. He happily lives with our old mare and they are firm friends.
He happily lives in or out (with us mostly out)and done well with good rugging and appropriate feed and hay.
Phoenix is curious about everything and very sweet. He’s a much loved member of our family.
No clipping required and he is good for the farrier.
