Governess cart
Some years ago was feature piece on the front of the Reading carriage sale catalogue. Bought to use with 12'3 pony but I believe would also suit larger (though previous owner used with a smaller pony but said it was a bit big for them)
Photo showed it around five years ago when we first purchased but it was then cleaned, oiled and has been stored in our garage ever since. Decided our pony would focus on his showing so we never broke him to harness.
