We've had Champion (Champ) for just over 2yrs and now looking for his next home. In that time he's predominantly done lead rein with my eldest who then moved onto a first ridden, and the past year been used for lead rein for my youngest (4yrs).
He's done all pc activities, rallies, camp the past 2 years, and is a great little jumper qualifying for lead rein Bicton mini champs 2025 & 2026. He's not a first ridden or novice ride off lead as he can be strong and sometimes sharp so would suit a competent older child, or great for lead rein. He's quiet hacking off lead however, very kind and safe to handle and do on the ground - our kids climb all over him, brush him off etc. Good to shoe, and around traffic and heavy machinery (based on a farm), excellent to load.
Would suit older competent child wanting to compete, hacking or a lead rein home.
