13.1 16 year old new forest pony. Taya is looking for a 5* permanent loving home as a companion pony. This is a hard decision for us and finding the right fit for her is essential- we will not just let her go to the first home we find. Taya has spent the last two years out on loan as a companion pony where she has proved to fit this job perfectly- viewings will be taken by her current loaner who knows her very well and can answer any questions. Taya was previously enjoyed as a fantastic all round fun pony but unfortunately due to various orthopaedic issues and veterinary interventions- the decision was made to retire her- she is field sound. Due to personal circumstances we are not able to keep her long term. She is very easy to keep and have around- with the farrier, to load, to be left alone, turnout with mares or geldings. It is important to us that she is managed well- as a native pony she lives off fresh air and is prone to put on excess weight- although she has never had laminitis we want to ensure she is managed to keep her healthy and well- to also keep the pressure off her joints so she can live a happy and comfortable life. So a home with a horse or pony with similar requirements would be best with access to turnout all year around.

We are looking for a permanent loan home/sale for Taya. To be discussed further when the right home is found.

Please note she is currently based near Salisbury- not Wareham.
Please phone or drop me a message to discuss, I work long hours so if I miss your call please leave me a message and I will get back to you when I can.
