Polly, Super-Safe 15.2hh Thoroughbred Mare

Polly is an 11-year-old, 15.2hh Thoroughbred mare with the kindest nature. She is incredibly quiet and straightforward, loves people and thoroughly enjoys attention.

Polly is suitable for almost anyone to ride. She is dead quiet to hack, school and handle, and happily pops a jump. She is unfazed by everything and could make a lovely novice horse, happy hacker, riding-school horse or RDA prospect.

She came to us lacking muscle and condition, but she is now gaining weight and looking better every day. She has also recently had her feet shod .

Polly’s only vice is that she cribs. This does not affect her in any way, and when she wears her collar, she does not do it. Her price reflects this habit, but anyone willing to look past it will have a truly special and genuine mare.

She is good to load, clip, shoe/trim and take to shows. Tack and transport are available by separate negotiation.

Polly will only go to a loving, home where she will receive all the attention she deserves.
