Small family owned and run livery yard set in 20 acres of well draining pasture land
A space has become available to join our 2 horses and 4 sheep. Initially in a field next door with a view to possibly joining the others. Both horses are also retired.
Large double field shelter in one field but all the fields have natural high hedges on at least one boundary with mature trees scattered throughout the land.
Indoor brick stables available in extreme weather but they would mainly be out 24/7
Fencing is a mixture of post and rail, field guard mains electric and post/ stock wire within the hedges
We can and do split fields with further electric fencing when grass management is needed to help with any weight issues
Livery to include
*2 feeds a day (basic nuts/mix/ chaff/ SB types included)
*Meadow hay when needed (we make our own and included in livery)
*Rug changes/ fly fringe
*Held for farrier/ vet visits
*Medication can be administered either within feed or topically up to twice a day
*Someone on site 24/7 - its our home
*Option to stable if required
