From October I have a DIY vacancy with a 12x12 barn stable, and paddock for a well-mannered gelding and friendly easy-going owner on a small yard of 6 horses in the Upham area.
Storage for hay and straw etc, electric and security lights, CCTV, sand school, covered area for grooming, farrier etc
All year round grazing unsuitable for laminitics. In at night and out during the day in the winter and vice versa in the summer.
Excellent hacking direct from the yard onto a bridle path.
Wooden post and electric rope fencing. We turn out and bring in at different times, so your horse/pony should be happy with being left for short periods on his own
Horse to be up to date with flu vaccination and owner to have public liability insurance
