We are seeking reliable, experienced Freelance Grooms to provide maternity cover at our friendly livery yard in Durley, Southampton. We would happily consider two people for the role, covering approximately two- three split days a week, which must include weekends.
We are looking for someone comfortable with covering all yard duties including mucking out, turning out and bringing in and providing high-quality care. We have a friendly team, but there is also time when you would need to be happy to have sole charge when needed.
Requirements
•Proven, hands-on experience working in a professional equestrian yard
•Complete confidence handling a variety of horses safely and competently
• Must be over 18 years old due to insurance purposes
•Reliable weekend availability (essential)
•Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
