Simple overnight living, with cooker, hob, and fridge, lights throughout - Assume all untested as I don't use them.

Ramp is easy to raise and drop. I have spent £000s on the brakes and other items, as was bought it as a ready to go doer-upper (for 4k!).

It is scruffy in places, shows signs of age, and previous owner patched the corners of luton, however it is fantastic build quality, IMO the horse area and ramp appear sound and were checked by my mechanic when I bought it, plus its last local owner used it weekly for 12 years.

One months plate remaining hence the low price, however passed first time last year.

It's a great starter box. I had the opportunity to buy my dream box - ironically it is basically this one, but all done up, which you will see when you come to view!

It will be sold with two full length partitions which I bought to replace the H-partitions, and some other items.
