A professional person looking for a sole use or shared small yard. Have run a livery yard in the past, not against filling a small yard again, 6-10 boxes in size, potentially larger dependent on cost. All areas in around Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton and the surrounding areas considered.

Well behaved horses with an equally well behaved owner, prefer to have DIY, as I enjoy doing my horses myself. Would need to have paired turnout all year, although not worried if only a few hours in winter. Would have to have a school. Happy to carry out tidying up and small scale maintenance.

I have had horses for over 30 years, have worked on a few yards in the past as well as running a livery yard. If sharing with landowner/ occupier of private yard, happy to help out with horses on site. Horses are insured and well cared for, I can provide references.
