Just under 1tn payload with 1/3 tank of fuel, spare wheel and 2 passengers, has a weight certificate, MOT until March 2027 and was last serviced in February 2025. It has only done about 2000 miles since then, so it didn’t have it done this year
Horse/grooms area has 2 windows in the back and one in the roof and one small one to the cab area, 2 saddle racks and plenty of bridle hooks for hanging things, as well as a small area above the cab for storage. It also has a small mirror to make sure you look just right, fully sealed rubber matting, and a brand-new, refurbished ramp on the bottom on the inside to a high standard, with a metal floor covered in carpet so it will never rot. It is slightly heavier than a normal ramp for these van conversions but can still be done by one person. It also has a weave grill and shelf to stop the horses from jumping over. It has a brand-new gearbox and clutch from February 2024, a brand-new alternator from March 2026, and all the brakes have been renewed over the last couple of years. She has always been maintained to a high standard in the 8 years I have owned her. However, as she is an older lorry, she is starting to show her age cosmetically. The only other downside she has is the service/glow plug light is on on the dash. This has been thoroughly checked out by my mechanics, and it is for a glow plug that has sheared in half. This has been on for a few years now and has never caused me any issues. Always starts first time, It is very easy to drive and can be driven on a normal car licence, and it is economical on fuel. I have had many great memories in this box, and I’m only selling due to impending major surgery, which means I shall be out of action for up to a year. Still, there is lots of life left in her, and now is the time for her to make memories for another horsey person/family. She is a great little run-around but will also comfortably do those longer distances. I have taken her to Onley/Malvern/Chard/Addington and many other big venues across the South many a time, and I have even camped out in her at stay-away shows. More pictures on request
