Looking for DIY grass livery for 1 quiet gelding pony

Must have 24/7 grazing, school and space for a small horsebox.

Paddock must have somw natural shelter or allow me to have a shelter.

Paddock must also not have sycamore or oak trees in or in range if seedlings/acorns.

My pony is quiet, respects fencing, well mannered with no dramas.
