Private Dressage Competition Yard – Wimborne St Giles, Dorset 🌿
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our friendly team at a private dressage competition yard and stud near Cranborne / Verwood (BH21 5ND).
Role includes:
• Sunday & Monday: 7:00am–11:00am and 3:00pm–6:00pm
• (Wednesday hours by agreement)
• General yard duties (feeding, haying, mucking out, water buckets, sweeping, etc.)
• Grooming, tacking up and untacking
• Assisting with the daily care of stud & competition horses
Freelance or employed position considered.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with horses (though we are happy to support and train the right person)
• Is hardworking, trustworthy and punctual
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Works well within a team but can also use initiative
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of horse care and yard presentation
• Holds a full driving licence
