Experienced, sympathetic rider offering schooling, training and exercise for the right horse.

I am a lightweight adult rider and have ridden since childhood, having owned and competed horses for most of my life. Due to a very time-consuming career, I’m no longer able to own a horse, but I’m keen to build a genuine partnership while offering consistent, correct training and care.

I have competed up to 1.10m in the past, and have extensive experience producing and bringing on young, green horses. I have a strong understanding of correct basics (seat, balance, rhythm etc.) and take a patient, sympathetic approach focused on confidence and long-term development.

What I can offer:
•Producing and developing young or inexperienced horses
•Flatwork to improve balance, rhythm and fitness
•Showjumping and low-level competition experience
•A calm, reliable rider invested in the horse’s progress

I’m looking for a horse based at a yard with good facilities, where the owner would value someone who can help maintain, improve and progress their horse. Ideally, there would be the opportunity to take the horse to competitions if the partnership suits and there is transport.

I can offer two days riding per week. Based in Bournemouth, looking within a 30-minute drive. I have my own car.
