Mary has recently been backed after being left to mature, she has proved exceptionally willing and loves to work. She is forward thinking and very straight and correct in her movement. She has 3 balanced paces and rides light in the hand, forward off the leg and always sane & rideable.
She’s popped a small fence loose proving to be both bold & careful.
Mary has hacked both alone & in company, taking the lead and happily sitting behind. She’s totally unphased by all traffic, working farm machinery and livestock and is a total delight to take out and have fun with.
On the ground she has a fantastic personality, very sweet and loving. Spends all of her day asleep in her stable, quiet in the field, turns out with both mares & gelding, comes to call. Loves a fuss, good to be bathed, good for the farrier, currently barefoot and does well without shoes. Loads & travels sweetly. Up to date with jabs & worming.
Mary was bred by a friend of mine in a showing home and has been a total pleasure to start, she is unspoilt and ready for someone to put their stamp on. She is a superb stamp for the show ring, but is really very versatile and would enjoy a varied home and a busy lifestyle as she just loves to work. She will be very easily produced on and without a doubt will be an asset to any yard or home. Only the very best of homes for this sweet girl.
Currently very little money for a horse of her quality due to being overstocked and winter coming early. Her price will increase the more she does here as she just improves every ride
