Registered SPSBS Shetland Mare – 41", Chestnut, 17yo

Our much-loved Shetland mare is now looking for her next little jockey.

She’s truly been there, done it, and got the T-shirt! She’s taken my son from lead rein to confidently riding off the lead, and has enjoyed a wide variety of activities, including:

Pony Club rallies, camps, SJ, XC, dressage, mounted games, fancy dress, and beach rides

Hacking (she especially loves trips for ice creams and blackberrying!)

In-hand showing at County level, always coming home with good placings

Has been driven in her previous home

She’s never been bothered by crab flies or the forest ponies.

She us up to date with worming, vaccinations, feet, and back.

She’s easy to catch, handle, load, and travel (lorry or trailer). With us she’s been unflappable in every situation.

Although I’d happily keep her, she has so much more to give and deserves to be more than just a field ornament. Ideally, she would suit a lead rein home, where she can once again teach a young rider — though she can also be ridden off the lead.
