Stable and grazing (sorry not suitable for heavies) in a small very private yard with just one other so horse has to not mind if Very Occasional left on own for a short period if other horse went out(there are horses next door 80%of the time ). Everything very easy 12x12 stable with rubber mats feed room hay barn tack room schooling arena weather permitting in winter.could possibly suit a non ridden /retired as very quiet peaceful yard( could share visits of the day )for more information please email
