Stable and grazing (sorry not suitable for heavies) for a mare in a small very private yard with just one other so horse has to not mind if very occasionally left on own for a short period if other horse went out this would suit someone looking for a quiet peaceful time to spend with their horse if you like lots of company and activity then this wouldn't be for you . Everything very easy 12x12 stable with rubber mats feed room hay barn tack room schooling arena weather permitting in worst of winter.could possibly suit a non ridden for more information please email
