6 year old 15hh Warmblood Gelding being sold from field as a project for someone who can devote their time to this sweet natured gelding and continue his education.
He had a fair amount of work put into him last year and earlier this year but he’s been turned away for a few months due to me having other commitments and not having a jockey to help him on his journey. This is reflected in his price.
When in work, he is competent out hacking alone and in company, and is good in traffic and in open spaces. He’s attended cross country schooling, arena eventing clinics and he’s competed at a couple of unaffiliated competitions. He is brave and forward thinking in the arena and thrives on the competitive atmosphere.
He’s good to shoe, box, clip, catch, handle and has a loving and friendly nature.
Under saddle, he can get quite excited but he works nicely on the flat and is not spooky. Due to his enthusiasm, which sometimes causes him to throw in a buck, he is not a novice ride and needs a calm and consistent rider to balance his brain. With the right home, where he is kept busy, he could be a super competition prospect as he knows his job when he sees a fence and loves it.
