Looking for someone gentle, kind and caring that would interested in helping to ride and bring on my 8 year old 15.2hh Welsh part bred palomino mare. She has not been ridden for nearly a year due to my ill health and personal circumstances so needs reintroducing to everything slowly. She is adventurous, enthusiastic and good fun. Enjoys being brushed and having a fuss made of her, although can be sensitive about being groomed around her back legs and tail. She was used to being ridden bitless, was great at voice ques and has had a lot of positive reinforcement training done with her so I would like to find someone that would be a good match for her and is experienced with bitless riding and with the patience to reintroduce her to everything. Has mainly done hacking and some schooling but she would definitely be up for learning more. When previously ridden out hacking she would go out alone or in company. The field can be used for any groundwork training and the forest is a short ride away down a quiet road.
You could do as little or as much as you wanted, we can discuss this. Would suit someone experienced and knowledgeable looking for a younger horse to bring on and ride without the financial strain. Must have own riders insurance.
