We have two 9 acres of Electric fencing and barbed wire (must be respectful of fencing) with established hedges running along 2 sides of the field, auto filling water trough. We have a Post and rail Corral with hard standing for grooming, tacking up, vet visits feeding etc with Solar panel lighting 2/ 3 spaces avaliable Mixed herd

Children under the age of 16years must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Lorry or trailer parking available with permission at a cost of £25 a month for lorry maximum 7.5t (subject to owners agreement) £20 a month for trailer
No poo picking required, fields will be harrowed, rolled and topped when needed weather permitting
Horses must be wormed 3 days prior to arriving and purchased by you
Maximum of 4 wormers will be provided a year for your horses at your cost
Public liability insurance must be purchased before arrival (BHS, Harry Hall or similar ) and proof provided with your horse passport and emergency details that will be kept on file and returned if you choose to leave
If hay/ haylage is needed in winter months we will purchase large bales. The cost will be divided between all owners according to the number of horses in the field
All we ask is that you visit at least once a day in summer and twice in winter (help could be avaliable if needed, holiday cover etc )
You are respectful of other liveries And enjoy yourself with your pony/horse
£130.00 due the 1st of the month via standing order
£50 deposit secures your place and will be returned to you if you choose to leave providing no damage has accured
