After 3 years in the same home, we are looking for the right person to take on our much-loved 10-year-old gelding. He originally raced over jumps before retiring as an 8-year-old. He spent his first year out having some downtime after he sustained a tendon injury in his last run. He was fully rehabbed and has been in full work since, enjoying a range of activities including dressage, fun rides, XC schooling and hacking.

In the school, which he enjoys, he works very nicely in walk, trot and canter with some good lateral work. He has extravagant paces and is a real head turner.

He hacks alone and in company (prefers company but fine alone with a confident rider) and is good in traffic and open spaces, enjoying rides in the New Forest. He is not strong but is forward-going and can occasionally become excitable, so he needs a confident and patient rider.

He is very affectionate with exceptional manners in the stable, has no vices, and is good to load and clip, as well as for the farrier and dentist.

He is a true gentleman and is just a lovely chap to have around.
