Hope - 15.2, 9 year old ISH mare. Passported but no breeding recorded.
Beautiful mare, well put together with lovely paces and a flashy mover. Clean limbed, no lumps or bumps, vice free.
Hope will make a lovely summer project for someone. She is low mileage for her age, having been an elderly mans pet who just hacked in Ireland! We imported her in November and have taken her slowly since.
She hacks alone and in company and has been good in the traffic we’ve met, loves to box up for a hack in the woods and pop some logs, this is her happy place! She has an absolute ton of jump, is popping a small fence in arena, XC schooled here at home and is starting to learn her job and really enjoy it. Good to mount. Been out to an arena hire for a look round. Hunted recently with the bloodhounds and was superbly behaved and really loved it.
Hope is a project purely because she is green for her age and needs a rider that appreciates mares and the need to discuss things sometimes! She can have her opinions (never frightened anyone/triedo to ditch anyone at all, she is not in anyway nasty/dirty) so firm but fair rider needed, she won’t tolerate being bullied and I really don’t want that type of person for her.
Arena work - our arena is the spookiest place in history and she works away in there but she really doesn’t enjoy it, it stresses her out, as there’s always something waiting to jump out at you so she’s spooky in there. I mainly ride her in the field which she loves and 5 mins in arena every now and then. With some consistency, one on one and variety in her work she really would school up beautifully.
I did have Hope advertised recently but took her off the market due to a fair few unrealistic/not serious enquiries. I had planned to produce her over the summer myself as I just love her but I really don’t have the time with so many other horses in so im reluctantly advertising again.

Hope is a really kind sweet mare and an absolute pet on the ground, very very easy to have around. Loves a fuss and a groom and is very quiet to handle. Good to catch/clip/farrier (barefoot with excellent feet)/load/travel. Not mareish and good with other horses. Make a super allrounder in time
