Looking for an experienced adult rider that wishes to part share a fun, eye-catching, 8 year old, 15.1hh Welsh D chestnut gelding. You will need to have owned or loaned your own horse in the past and be a kind rider with some time spare on week days.
He is based on a small private yard near Emsworth with excellent facilities where he is to stay. He is a very loving and cheeky chap who is progressing well in his ridden and pole work and growing in confidence all the time. He loves jumping, I’m therefore looking for someone competent to bring him on in this discipline, you will then have the opportunity to take him to clinics and events should you wish.
He has been trained in natural horsemanship and is accomplished in his groundwork, liberty training and free jumping. He is great in traffic and enjoys going out in the trailer to take part in local events and shows.
It is important for you to continue the same horsemanship methods and values he is familiar with. This will include you initially financing some one-to-one lessons with his trainer to build your relationship with him.
No yard work necessary but your own rider insurance will be required and a contract in place with a small monthly contribution.
