Alice, 15h Sporty Cob mare 9 years old heavyweight cob. Looking for a teenager/adult to enjoy Fun Rides, Low level dressage, Mother/daughter share, Low Level Allrounder, potential hunting cob. If you’re looking for a super sweet horse to go and have fun with - she’s your one. Dressage and hacking are her loves. She will have an odd jump here and there and is very honest. But please don’t expect the next superstar is this phase it’s not what she’s built to do

Alice has fabulous confirmation with the sweetest temperament and striking looks to match. A nice forward going ride and well schooled with lovely paces for a cob. She works in 3 lovely paces in a soft consistent outline. Covers the ground lovely, certainly a head turner with many fantastic comments. Would not look out of place inside the white boards. Starting to play around with her lateral work which she’s picking up quite easy. Full history known and only 1 owner since a foal. Snaffle mouthed.

Jumping Alice is very honest and will take you to a jump. Take a miss and very forgiving. Has seen some small fillers and not been an issue. Will happily jump a course around 60/70cm. Never once stopped or run out. Has also been out XC schooling and taken everything she’s seen in her stride with steps, ditches, rustic fences etc. Has done some local shows in dressage and showjumping with the previous owner of 8 years.

Alice will hack alone and in company. She hacks on our very busy national speed limit countryside road seeing vans, lorries, motorway bridges, cyclists, cars, other groups of horses, bins on bin day, and hedge cutters. You name it she’s probably seen it and the cars hardly slow down. She hacks mainly alone with me. Never nappy and just loves to take you round the countryside and into our busy villages. Has hacked in company and is the same alone as in company. Will often take the lead and nanny’s our nervous horses. She keeps up with the biggest horses as she does have a walk on her. Might have a slight spook or look at something in the hedge but never silly with it.

Alice loads and travels well. Lives out in the day and in at night and has loved out 24/7. Very easy going good doer type. Great for the farrier (front shod). Amazing to clip including legs and face, no sedation. Up to date with vaccinations, physio, teeth (just had wolf teeth removed) and worming.

No nervous people or novices please. She’s cob who loves her job so wouldn’t want anyone to hold her back. She loves her routine and always wants to please you. She’s ready to go and find her next best friend

Place is paramount, people will be vetted and references needed. I’m in no rush, she’s worth her weight in gold.
