We have a couple of spaces becoming available for Full Livery and Assisted Livery at Manor Equestrian.

We are a super yard with wonderful facilities enabling you to build your confidence and relationship with your horse in a lovely friendly, supportive environment.

**Assisted Livery Package - £350 per Month**

* Lovely stables- light and spacious
* Individual storage area for rugs and grooming equipment etc
* Beautiful tack room, heated with tea and coffee facilities
* Straw bedding
* Hay
* Turnout and Bring in, including one rug change per day
* Individual or small group turn out catered to the horse's needs, to be discussed upon viewing
* Use of indoor school with viewing area and full set of showjumps
* Use of grass outdoor arena in the summer months
* Use of Hot Water Wash down area
Services available at extra cost:
*Optional Exercising through the weekdays
Mucking Out and Poo Picking
*In-house qualified nutrition advisor
*Grooming, Clipping and show prep
*Highly qualified in-house instructors for private lessons
*Options to compete at in-house shows and clinics

**Full Livery Package - £700 per Month**

* Lovely stables- light and spacious
* Individual storage area for rugs and grooming equipment etc
* Beautiful tack room, heated with tea and coffee facilities
* Straw bedding
* Hay (Haylage available at extra cost)
* Basic feed
* Turnout and Bring in, including rug change, feet washed (if required) and picked out
* Full Muck out
* Holding for the Vet/Farrier
* Individual or small group turn out catered to the horse's needs, to be discussed upon viewing
* Use of indoor school with viewing area and full set of showjumps
* Use of grass outdoor arena in the summer months
* Use of Hot Water Wash down area
* All poo picked daily
* Discount for in-house shows and competitions entries
