Well designed living fully maximising space. Sleeping over luton, and another at shorter dinette – potential to improve with a pullout. Solid ramp and springs, easy to lift. Two generous tack lockers. All keys present.

Dometic gas stove and sink, horse wash, JVC Bluetooth stereo and speaker system, Thetford chemical cassette toilet, mains hook up, full height generous toilet cubicle with locking door (space to add folding saddle racks to make internal tack area or possibly convert to a shower room). Leisure battery with isolator key fob, main battery with isolator key fob, Thule Omnibuster wind-out rain/sunshade, 2 external large tack lockers, locking grooms door at rear.

There are a few minor 'winter' jobs on the list: replace ramp rubber as worn in places albeit ramp is sound, replace kick rubber to partition, and replace nearside anti-chew pad. All fine to use currently.
