Great little pony with a smashing jump! Spartan is very confident under saddle and on the ground. He schools well in all three paces, loves hacking and just general pony fun. Solid as a rock in heavy traffic. He will stand all day to be groomed, loves having a bath and brilliant for farrier, clipping, loading, catching etc. He has a little dance when he first loads but settles once traveling. Stables well in company, however, does panic if he can’t see another horse. When he’s out he is very quiet and happy, therefore best suited to a home with turnout. Very bold when jumping and carful with his feet. Jumps anything you point him at, I think he’d make a fab hunting pony for a confident little jockey.
