We can offer full grass livery at Cross Oaks Farm in East Wellow near Romsey.
Our full grass livery is suitable for horses living out but in work and needing proper facilities. Included is an indoor arena, solarium, tack room, tea room, undercover tie up, spare stable. There is the option to add on your own private stable, ideal for those dark winter days when the rain seems never ending and you want to give your horse a chance to dry out.

Full grass livery horses are checked daily, poo picked and hay is provided as needed. Horses are either individual, paired or small groups. (There is a supplement for individual). All fields have wooden field shelters, hardcore tracks, and astro turf feed areas. We are well prepared for winter and mud is kept to a minimum. The fields are flat and well draining with land drains installed.
Fencing is hedge, post and rail or electric. Our full grass livery is from £275 per month.

We can accommodate youngsters with other youngsters for company on our full grass livery package. This is ideal for weanlings or youngsters whose owners want to be hands on with their education. There are other youngsters to do in hand hacking with, practice desensitization or liberty, we even arrange on site horse agility clinics which is a brilliant learning experience for young horses, and fun for all horses!

We can also accommodate youngsters in our nearby fields, in small or medium herds of the same sex. This option is ideal for owners wanting to turn their youngster away. There are no facilities included so it presents a cost saving option, but they are available near by in case of emergency. Our youngstock field livery is £175 per month and includes daily checking, wormers and hay through the winter. Attendance for vet/farrier and other services can be added if needed.
