We are looking for a bubbly and fun individual to join our small team offering lessons, pony parties and stable management sessions for children aged 2-12.
Duties - Provide instruction and guidance to riders on proper horse care, grooming, and handling techniques - Teach riders basic riding lessons - Develop personalized training plans for riders based on their goals and abilities - Conduct group lessons and individual coaching sessions - Assist with the selection and evaluation of horses for riders - Ensure the safety of riders and horses during lessons and training sessions
Qualifications - Level 3 in equine or similar experience - Extensive knowledge of horse care and riding - Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate riders - Ability to assess rider abilities and tailor instruction accordingly
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
