11.3hh, 13 year old registered Welsh Section A Mare with green passport. By Cascob Silverghost out of Springbourne Catkin.Springbourne Ciara is a lovely, kind pony with a sweet nature. Her current rider is soon to be outgrowing her, so she is now looking for a new home where she can continue to enjoy a happy and varied life. She enjoys a bit of everything including:* Pony club* Show jumping * XC* Dressage* Local shows* Arena hires * Farmland rides* Beach rides * HuntingHacking - good alone or in company, happily goes first or last. Hi, we have Banjo, our 13.1hh, 17-year-old New Forest pony, for sale. We’ve had him for over 3 years, but sadly he needs to find a new small jockey as my daughter has moved on to a bigger pony and my son is happy on his current one. He’s a really fun, forward pony who has never bucked, reared or done anything nasty. He can be a bit nappy when going away from other horses, so I’d say he needs a confident child, although he doesn’t mind being on the lead rein for a younger sibling. He’s done junior camp this year and was voted the group’s favourite pony to ride by the other girls, which says a lot about his lovely character! He would give a confident child the best time. He absolutely loves hacking out on the Plain and keeps up really well with my big horses. I also think he would absolutely love pony racing! He’s also really fun to jump, although my daughter isn’t the bravest, so we haven’t done nearly as much as he’s capable of. He’s been out on hound exercise a couple of times too, but again, because she isn’t very brave, we haven’t hunted him.He has never had a day lame and has never needed to see the vet during the time we’ve owned him. He’s been a much-loved part of our family and we’re really keen to find him the right little person and home. 😊£4,500 including tack and rugs.WhatsApp preferred as bad signal here
I’m looking for the right person to share my lovely boy.Ideally, I’d like him to stay at his current yard, although I’d be open to other options for the right person.15.1hh at his wither but a chunky lad so looks closer to 16hh.He has previously evented up to BE90 for fun, but he now has very mild arthritis and asthma, so I’ve personally taken a step back with him while focusing more on my other horse. He’s up for doing most things still with the right jockey. He is not a novice ride. He can be strong out hacking and is occasionally spooky, so he needs a confident and capable rider who he can take reassurance from. For the right person, though, he is a really lovely horse to spend time with — and he’ll happily stand around all day for a fuss, especially if food is involved! The yard has:• Fantastic off-road hacking• New Forest hacking close by• Floodlit school• Instructor on siteMust be over 18.I’m looking for someone kind, reliable and experienced who will enjoy him and treat him as their own. Contribution & chores required, can be flexible. Please message me for more information if you think you could be the right fit. 🐴❤️

Thoroughbred mare for sale or short term LWVTBFlorence is a 9 yr old 15.2hh dark bay thoroughbred mare, who has never raced but is ROR eligible. She is a very sweet mare with good ground manners, doesn’t bite, barge or kick people, though she has been known to kick out at horses who get too close to her and appreciates space. Good for the farrier and vet, good to clip without sedation, and loads easily with a lunge line, takes less than 5 minutes. Travels well alone in trailer or lorry(due to weight restrictions on my car ) unsure if she’d be happy with others . In the 4 years I have had her, she has been on many fun rides, the beach and competed in showjumping, including being placed at Hickstead last year. Has been to arena cross country and cross country hire. She is brave showjumping to 80cm-90cm , however I do not feel that a competitive home will suit her, as she doesn’t seem to enjoy being pushed higher at competitions and during training. Has also done some dressage but this isn’t something I wanted to pursue for myself. For this reason,I would like her to go to a home with an adult or older teen rider, who is happy to hack her out (alone or in company) and focus on fun rides and low level jumping on rides at most. She may suit an endurance home or long distance rider. She does enjoy a little play around in the arena, especially bareback once she trusts her rider. For the right home, id be happy to consider LWVTB,for rider and horse to get to know each other. She has a fully reflocked brown leather Fairfax jump saddle, and a shires gara anatomical bridle (Included by negotiation) and a full rug wardrobe (again by negiotiation) She is snaffle mouthed and will not require more than that for brakes. Could live out 24/7 but being a thoroughbred, she definitely prefers to come in overnight especially in winter. Will thrive in a small herd or just surrounded by other fields of horses. Very sad sale, only due to my daughter going away and her being riderless, so only the very best homes will be considered, her wellbeing is my priority.5000ovnoMessage please not calls
Looking for a full loan for my super New Forest pony, Manny, who is 20 years young with a lovely character, gentle and kind, he really is the sweetest boy.Manny is not a novice ride, as he is forward going, so will need a confident, experienced rider, max rider weight limit 10st. He is the easiest boy to handle, good to groom, tack up, bath, clip, excellent with the farrier, vet and dentist, hacks alone or in company, excellent in traffic, loads and travels in a trailer or lorry. He is very straightforward, no nasty quirks or vices. For the last 8 years he has mainly hacked including many fun rides and beach rides, where he is always sensible and well behaved. He has also participated in pole work clinics, jumping and gridwork clinics and unaffiliated Prelim and Novice dressage competitions (always marked high 60s/low 70s). He has lived out all year round with a blanket clip for most of the last 8 years, although last winter he was stabled at night as he was fully clipped. He has been turned out with both mares and geldings, in a small herd and in a pair, but is also happy in a field on his own as long as there are horses around.I would prefer a predominantly hacking home, although happy for Manny to still compete at unaffiliated Prelim and Novice dressage. He could also continue to do occasional low-level jumping, maximum 80cm, only on a surface, not on grass or cross country due to his age. I am happy for Manny to move yards, although will want to visit the yard beforehand. Currently located near Winterbourne Kingston (DT11) for viewings.Email or call/message 07377 636246

Introducing Mr. Smarty Pants! Smarty is a 11.2, 20 year old Dartmoor and he can turn his hoof to anything. He has taken my daughter from nervous nelly to confident, independent rider. However the time has come to accept that she really is getting too big for him. Smarty is kept at our home in the forest and will not be available to move. We have direct forest access and an arena available. He has everything he needs except from a new best friend. What to know about Smarty. He is the epitome of cheeky pony. He knows all the tricks in the book to test a child, however when they get it he will always deliver. He is completely unflappable out hacking, he has been to the beach and taken it in his stride, he has attended Ellingham show and jump clinics and he is completely unfazed by it all. He can be a grumpy old man at times (he tends to reserve this for the adults) he really likes his children and doesn’t like anyone else interfering. A knowledgeable adult is preferred as you really will get the best out of him for your child if you can remain unbothered by his mood swings. He is never nasty or dangerous but he has bags of character and until you prove to him you are someone worth knowing he will remain deeply unimpressed by you. Smarty has so much to offer the right child and is far from ready to hang up his bridle. He knows his job, loves his work and produces a lovely confident and well balanced rider. If Smarty sounds like he could be the right fit for you then please get in touch. Small financial contribution required and days are flexible.
