Rosie is a lovely 11 year old 13.3hh (approx) cob mare looking for a kind and reliable loaner. She means the absolute world to me, so finding the right person is incredibly important. Ideally she would stay at her current yard in Bashley, but if she did move, I would love to still visit and check in on her regularly.

Rosie is a truly one in a million pony with so much potential. Unfortunately my own confidence has held us back a little, and I would love to see her out enjoying herself and reaching that potential with the right person. She would make a beautiful showing or dressage pony with the right education and opportunity.

She has the sweetest personality and the kindest heart, always trying her hardest and giving her all. Rosie has gorgeous paces and is basically an overgrown dog — she adores her food, cuddles, attention, and a good pamper. She’ll always come when called from the field (unless she’s already waiting at the gate!).

Rosie is such a special pony who truly deserves the world, and I would love to see her given the chance to shine. However, she does have a few quirks that need an understanding and confident rider.

She is still green and inexperienced, both in the school and on the ground, and really takes her confidence from her rider. She is a very stubborn pony, she can find picking up the correct canter lead a little tricky and has a few basic schooling gaps, but these are things that will improve with time, patience and knowledgeable riding.

Rosie can be a little spooky and needs time to settle into new environments as she can find them quite scary at first. She has also been known to nip occasionally, something we’ve been working on and which has improved a lot, but it’s important to be honest about it.

With the right person to guide her and build her confidence, Rosie has so much to give, I would love to see her thrive. For all reasons above, she needs an experienced rider to take her on and love her as their own, financials to be discussed.

Very sad sale of the lovely Sparky, but my daughter's legs won't stop growing. He is a 13hh Welsh section B, green passport. He is 20 this year, but you would never know it, he shows no signs of slowing down.
We have done everything pony club with him, from SJ, XC and dressage to mounted games and racing rallies. Been to camp and stay aways and behaved beautifully. 5th in the warm up class at NSEA grassroots, out of a class of 70!
Has jumped 80+ at home and in lessons, more comfortable around 60 in competitions. Works in a lovely outline, and has qualified for Sunshine Tour and Trailblazers second rounds for dressage.
He responds best to a balanced confident rider.
Loves a cuddle and a groom, my daughter can do everything with him, although he might tow you over to a particularly juicy patch of grass if he thinks he can get away with it! Good to load, shoe, clip, teeth, etc.

Jessie - 16.1, 6 year old Irish mare.
A substantial mare, real old fashioned Irish hunter type. No breeding recorded but definitely heavy horse x something lighter.
Before coming over Jessie has mainly spent her time hacking/hunting/fun rides/Xc schooling/hunter trials.
Since being with us we’ve been working on her schooling and having lots of fun with her XC and hacking.
Hacks alone and in company and has been good in the traffic we’ve met and with the farm machinery around the place. She is bold and brave to a fence and will jump anything put in front of her, she’s a real operator and very capable.
Schooling is coming along well and she tries very hard to understand what’s being asked of her. She is green on the flat but would school up lovely in time, she has a lovely canter and is surprisingly balanced for a horse of her age/size. We’ve popped her over a few poles in the school here and she is very honest, she’d definitely go off and do some SJ with some more training. We haven’t done lots of this as our school is tiny for a horse of her size and we’ve concentrated more on getting some basics in place on the flat. Jessie is a lot of fun and has a lot to offer the right rider. Ideal type for hunting/hacking/hunter trials/fun rides/fun allrounder.
She is a big horse with an ‘engine’, wants to get on with the job type but not stupid or sharp. Just wouldn’t be for a nervous/novice rider. She’s absolutely not naughty or nasty but she is a game mare that wants equally game rider to go and have a blast and a rider with a bit of feel. You don’t need to be a pro but relatively experienced home preferred, ridden here regularly by a 15 year old girl who has the most amount of fun on her. Has had a week off here and then hopped up on no issues at all so she doesn’t need riding every day.
Really nice to have around, she absolutely loves a fuss and a groom, she fell asleep in the x ties when she was having a pamper for her pics to be taken! Used to my dog in the stable and doing zoomies across her hay pile in the field while she’s eating!
Recently shod and had teeth done.
Good to catch/load/shoe/bath/clip (inc leg trimming with big clippers).

Hasley Tex, rising 3 Year Old Gelding

A very smart young pony with fantastic breeding, Hasley Tex is by Cameron Luck Of The Irish out of Lyndhurst Dakota (by Brookshill Brumby). He has all the ingredients to make a quality future ridden pony.

Rising 4 Year Old New Forest Gelding

Rowbarrow Ginger Nut, known as Sonny, is a lovely genuine young pony with a kind nature and a great attitude to life.

He has been brought up on a busy family yard and has also spent time out on the forest in Bramshaw, so he is well used to all aspects of forest life including pigs, sheep, cattle and donkeys. Nothing seems to faze him and he takes everything in his stride.

Sonny is used to tractors, machinery, dogs and children and is very much part of a busy home environment. He is well handled and has been by children since he was 8 months old, perfect to catch, loves attention and is always there to come over for a fuss.
