This is an extremely sad and honest sale.
Finn has been with me since he was 6 months old and was bought off the forest.
He will be 5 in June and has been sat on, long reined and led out on the forest. He is now ready to continue his education and needs a strong experienced person to continue this with him as he can be sensitive and very strong.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time, experience or confidence to continue with him as he can be too much for me.
Aside from this, he has been very quick to learn, independent, brave and inquisitive. He loves attention and will follow you around the field.

He's up to date with vaccinations and currently barefoot. He is generally good with the farrier but a lick or haynet stops him from fidgeting!

17-year-old 15.1hh New Forest x Thoroughbred gelding. A genuine, experienced horse who has done a bit of everything, including hunting and New Forest point-to-pointing.

He has comfortably jumped courses around 2’9 and is a bold, honest type who enjoys his jumping.

He has previously done hunting, dressage, jumping, cross country, and taken part in New Forest P2P, showing he is capable, forward going, and enjoys a job. He is therefore not a novice ride and would suit a confident rider.

He has been out of work for the past year due to owner circumstances and is currently sold from the field. Prior to this, he was fit, active, and regularly ridden.

Spirit has a lot of potential to excel in any discipline. Has a lot of scope currently jumping round 90s and out competing at both 80 and 90s. Unphased by fillers and loves cross country. Been xc schooling several times jumping everything including water, ditches steps, water trays, walls etc.

Schools very nicely on the flat, has 3 lovely paces. Recently got 72% on his first dressage out on grass. Has previously been hunting and been out to hunter trails.

Spirit is very kind natured and super easy on the ground and just wants to be your friend. Super quiet when taking him out to shows but can get a little excited in a warm up. He loves hacking both solo and in groups. Good to catch, clip, load, shoe and travel. Up to date with teeth, vaccines and worming.

Spirit can get excited and throw in a buck so needs a confident and competent rider to bring out the best in him so absolutely no novices.
