This friendly 7 year old blue and white gelding has given me my confidence back out hacking over the last two years. Having had bad experiences with previous horses, this cob has made me achieve my goals. He is happy alone or in company, front or back in the heaviest of traffic. Cows, sheep, pigs, dogs etc are no problem for this lovely boy! Brilliant in open spaces and has good brakes. Good to load (box or trailer). Good to shoe, catch, clip, vet and groom. Good doer, but has previously had a mild bout of Laminitis. This is easily controlled by restricted grass intake and has not caused a problem for me.He is no different whether ridden once a week or once a month. Easy to manage.Up to date with vaccinations, worming, teeth and shoeing. This is a very genuine sad sale of a much loved cob who will be dearly missed. The reason he is for sale is due to me looking to upgrade to something bigger and more forward going to enable me to progress further in my competitive riding, especially in Dressage. Has been very successful In Hand showing and Unaffiliated Dressage. Behaved impeccably at shows, and taken it all in his stride. Doesn’t get fussed up when out and about.*Tack and rugs by separate negotiation.
Attractive 15.3hh 7yr old Bay Tb Mare by Kodi Bear out of Angel De La Gesse 3 nice paces and working sweetly on the flat; genuine and straightforward to a fence showing a promising technique. Good to hack out alone or company and proven sensible in open spaces and traffic. Raced on the flat before retiring as a 3yr old after 6 starts therefore eligible for ROR series. She does have a scar on her shoulder and a blemish on her near hind therefore not suitable for the show ring. Will weave whether that’s in the stable or tied up. Good to handle, catch, shoe. She’s ready to be produced further and would make a nice allrounder/RC horse. https://youtu.be/uJJ_hmT9euw?si=stCMjvhCYwqSJN6f£6500 ono

Harley - 15hh, 4 year old Irish cob gelding.A beautiful, well put together cob with a lovely sensible attitude. Harley is riding sweetly for his age. Hacks alone and in company and has been good in the traffic we’ve met on our busy road. Works away sweetly in the field and good in open spaces.Done a little XC schooling and happily pops away over a variety of fences. No world beater but a really sweet little guy that wants to please.Working in all 3 paces in the arena and would pop off and do a little dressage test in time, green as expected at 4 but has nice balanced paces for his age. Not a type that ‘needs’ a job or to be busy just a nice simple, low level allrounder. Easy guy to have around on the yard and enjoys a groom and a fuss, not a bargy rude cob at all he’s a kind little horse that takes everything in his stride.£935007581238106 - please WhatsApp message for videos. Meet Piglet! The ultimate jack of all trades! He's a full up 14.2 (more like 14.3/15h) traditional stamp class 1 Connie by lightening star. 10yrs old in June.Super safe confidence giver 💕He's done all pony club activities in his previous home. I've done a bit of everything with him but I'm not personally keen on jumping. He's a good chap and will trot round x poles or jump a course. He's not a world beater or the fastest and would be happiest up to 80cm I would say. He's a chilled out laid back ride and you would need a good leg to get the best out of him in dressage or pop a pair of spurs on. He can do it all when he's motivated enough and I've had 70% on him before however mid 60's is more typical for us as a pair. He is extremely talented and very capable of going up the levels if he has the right rider on board.Showing, he's good in the go round and stands nicely in the line up. I've only shown him a couple of times but with good results.I've done some working equitation with him too and he took it all in his stride even though it was all new to him.He hacks brilliantly alone , passes all traffic including bikes, buses, tractors, big lorries etc passes cows and sheep, leaf blowers building sites etc. I regularly take him on the cliff paths without any issues. He's very brave. He's good in company and if you are wanting to canter out and about hes better with a bum to follow 😂 sometimes he will run on in trot when on his own as cantering is effort, at least you know he's not going to bolt anywhere! he will go if you are insistent enough and have the room to motivate him forward 😂 He doesn't rear nap or spin. The only thing he has done which could be seen as a negative is he can hump into canter if feeling particularly lazy. He will also pop a small buck if tapped too hard with the whip which I think is fair enough! be assured the bucks rarely occur, it's only happened a handful of times since I've owned him but has to be mentioned. For that reason I would say not a total novice ride. He will also only give as much effort as you put in so to get the best out of him someone with a bit of experience is preferable. It does make him the perfect hacking with a hangover horse though 😂🍻He doesn't kick or bite. Excellent to clip, hose, farrier, dentist, catch, mount, tack up, good with fencing. Lives in or out. Has a great personality and loves people. Loads well and travels fine but will stamp if feeling impatient. Tasty snacks on board keep this to a minimum! I've only travelled him in a 3.5t but he went in a trailer happily in his previous home no problem. He travels alone and in company.Never sick or sorry and he has good feet. Shod in front only but has had all 4 shoes on. Passed 5 stage vetting when I brought him and has only seen the vet for routine stuff since. (Jabs and wolf teeth out). Albie is a lovely Welsh Section D pony with a kind, willing attitude. Rising 7 years old, he has been with us since a yearling and has been carefully produced by our family. He was originally broken to drive and proved extremely sensible, happily taking us out on busy roads, through open spaces and even down to the pub! Since then, he has been working in a riding school teaching younger children to ride and has been a genuine, reliable pony.Although quiet and mannerly, Albie will step up for a more confident rider and enjoys popping a jump. He has taken part in pony club activities and children’s events and is always eager to please. This is a very sad sale, but we feel Albie would thrive in a more one-to-one home where he can reach his full potential, as we feel he is currently being wasted with us. He deserves a family who can give him the time and attention he enjoys. Mid 4 figures 07516726191
I bought these fillies 2 years ago. They have just turned 4yo. My plan was to start them as children’s riding ponies. Unfortunately life has just been too busy over the 2 years to make a proper start on them. We have worked on ground work, given them lots of life experience around the village. They love the pub! They are both so friendly, bold and very easy to do. They won’t be a long project for someone with more tine than me. The smaller one 12.3hh has been backed and is super calm. The taller one 13.1hh is more spirited but still easy. It would be nice if they could go as a pair but will sell separately. All viewings and vetting welcome. £1950 per pony.
