Hasley Tex, rising 3 Year Old Gelding

A very smart young pony with fantastic breeding, Hasley Tex is by Cameron Luck Of The Irish out of Lyndhurst Dakota (by Brookshill Brumby). He has all the ingredients to make a quality future ridden pony.

He has lived both on and off the forest in Bramshaw so is well accustomed to forest life including livestock including all the pigs, sheep and cattle on the northern part of the forest. At home he has been part of a busy family environment, he is used to tractors, machinery, dogs and children.

Rising 4 Year Old New Forest Gelding

Rowbarrow Ginger Nut, known as Sonny, is a lovely genuine young pony with a kind nature and a great attitude to life.

He has been brought up on a busy family yard and has also spent time out on the forest in Bramshaw, so he is well used to all aspects of forest life including pigs, sheep, cattle and donkeys. Nothing seems to faze him and he takes everything in his stride.

Sonny is used to tractors, machinery, dogs and children and is very much part of a busy home environment. He is well handled and has been by children since he was 8 months old, perfect to catch, loves attention and is always there to come over for a fuss.

Tilly is a 16hh thoroughbred ex racer. She is a lovely girl who to ride is pretty unflappable. She is ridden by an 8 year old sometimes. She has good bone but isn’t a weight carrier, rider would need to be 12 stone or under. She is available a minimum of 2 days a week up to 4, days to be discussed.

Tilly is only just 5, rider MUST be competent and confident due to this, she is very sensitive in the mouth and very responsive to her reins, she is not keen on schooling but this is something that will be worked on along side you, she is lovely to hack out but quite slow, she does have another gear but is equally happy to plod along. She is happy first or last but being so slow she suits being last better!

Tilly doesn’t do standing still, this is her only downfall, happy to discuss this in more detail and she needs work around doing up her bridle because she head tosses a lot, teeth being done soon to see if this helps.

I am an extremely easy going owner, I am not strict or expecting someone to school my horse for me, I am only looking for help because I have physical limitations aswell as time limitations and being so young she needs consistency which I cannot give her right now. All I ask is that you are gentle, I do not want anyone that is going to shout and scream at her, she’s a baby and she’s sensitive, she needs patience but firmness.

Mabel is an all round great mare with a clever straightforward nature and a lot to offer. She lives out with the boys and is not silly or flirty. She hacks alone safely and can go out with mad ponies and keep her cool when they charge off (top quality in my life)
She is bomb proof in all traffic and easy to do in every way. Her start was in Ireland where she hunted and then show jumped to a very high standard (can be seen if you google Newmarket Mabel). Since coming to us she has done hunting and x country which she loves. Im sure she would event to a high level but we have just enjoyed her for hacking, x country, and her affectionate nature. Her show jump is incredible and she will pop 1.40 with ease but we have been back to 80/90 which is quite enough for us.
Mabel would be ideal for a Mum, Dad or even Granny (Me) and perhaps a keen teenager who wants a bit more!

We would like a fun and forward horse to be our next partner in crime after the sad loss of our pony. Will mostly be hacking and schooling, with some low level jumping, riding club activities, sponsored rides etc.

Must be happy with living out all year round and must be ok hacking alone. Don’t mind a bit of spookiness or cheekiness, but nothing dangerous. Must be easy to do on the ground as we don’t have a stable so our horses need to be calm being tied to the fence to get ready.

Logan (aka Logie Bear) is a Dartmoor Hills Pony who is 5.5 years old. He has been brought on carefully and is wonderful on the ground, and under saddle.

He absolutely loves working- in the ménage or out hacking. His favourite thing to do is jump! At home he has cleared 3ft. Happily jumping a child’s water tray full of water, tires, potties and Christmas trees!
We have hired a riding school ménage and he was completely unfazed by horses being turned out and lead past. We have also hired a XC venue and he behaved impeccably. He jumped a variety of types with no hesitations, including the water segment.

Logan is great with the farrier, dentist, loading, clipping, stabling and traffic. He could turn his hoof to anything. I believe he would make a talented Pony Club addition, due to his temperament and calm attitude. He will stand for hours, even in the heaviest of winds (or with a giant birthday balloon diving in and out of a stable in front of him!)

He is continuing with his schooling education on the flat and has begun to work in a nice outline in all 3 paces. He is safe being ridden in the school in all paces, but is green with the tidy looking collection still.
