Albie is a lovely Welsh Section D pony with a kind, willing attitude. Rising 7 years old, he has been with us since a yearling and has been carefully produced by our family.

He was originally broken to drive and proved extremely sensible, happily taking us out on busy roads, through open spaces and even down to the pub! Since then, he has been working in a riding school teaching younger children to ride and has been a genuine, reliable pony.

Although quiet and mannerly, Albie will step up for a more confident rider and enjoys popping a jump. He has taken part in pony club activities and children’s events and is always eager to please.

This is a very sad sale, but we feel Albie would thrive in a more one-to-one home where he can reach his full potential, as we feel he is currently being wasted with us. He deserves a family who can give him the time and attention he enjoys.

I bought these fillies 2 years ago. They have just turned 4yo. My plan was to start them as children’s riding ponies. Unfortunately life has just been too busy over the 2 years to make a proper start on them. We have worked on ground work, given them lots of life experience around the village. They love the pub! They are both so friendly, bold and very easy to do. They won’t be a long project for someone with more tine than me. The smaller one 12.3hh has been backed and is super calm. The taller one 13.1hh is more spirited but still easy. It would be nice if they could go as a pair but will sell separately. All viewings and vetting welcome. £1950 per pony.

We have available two very rare grass livery spaces which would ideally suit one ridden and one non ridden/retired for mares at Hale in the New Forest. Our yard is set amongst a beautiful private country estate with very large fields which we move between throughout the year.

We have large brick-built stables onsite, water troughs in fields, electricity storage area and wonderful grazing with natural shelter. We have a grass paddock for exercise and an easy hack to get right on to the forest (this does involve a few gates!).

Currently, we have a small established herd of mares aged between 15-20 years all ridden. We live out all year round but have access to stables of course if needed/desired.
Our yard is very laid back and peaceful and I want to keep it that way, we enjoy our horses in the most relaxed and natural way possible with no drama. Our horses are very calm and well mannered as are us humans. If you would love your horse/horses to join us they must be of a lovely disposition, not aggressive, happy to be handled by myself and my daughter, no vices, a good doer and respectful of fencing. In return for that we offer the most beautiful place to stay and can include full daily care, holding for farrier, being present at vet visits and unlimited cuddles. Hay/haylage is split between the yard and would not be included in the cost.

Whiskey (San Cler Calon Lan) from the well-known San Cler Stud in Wales, breeders renowned for their distinctive colouring and the pearl gene.
Whiskey is a lovely genuine mare who has done a bit of everything. She has experience in show jumping, cross country , Showing and has been trained and competed in British Dressage up to Elementary level. She has attended stay-away shows, training camps and an Area Festival, proving herself to be a straightforward and reliable partner.

Very nice and super natured liver chestnut mare actually by Jashin (elite) out of Louella inschallah dam (dam was awesome too!!). I had intended on keeping this mare for myself which is why she is so old but done nothing!! She has been to a show and did really well coming next after Tony wAreham (rip) and Charles Upham. Quite frankly no one is going to beat them so to come next in a breed class at a county show was a win for us as far as I was concerned. Plus she loaded before and at the show with no bother so I was super pleased with her. Sadly my back has got so bad that I can’t risk it anymore son having a massive reduction in all my stock. This mare is now 11 but is still very juvenile so I don’t think breaking her will be too much bother. She is backed and has worn rugs and been loaded several times so is not an unhandled wild thing.
