15'3 6yr old TB Gelding. Very low mileage, never raced.

Project/Work in Progress as although he works well in school and has popped small cross poles, schooling is not his favourite pastime, he needs more experience out in the big wide world. Hacks alone in quiet country lane traffic but needs confidence and reassurance from another horse in heavier traffic and I dont have anyone to do this with as my own on a private yard. For this reason I am looking for someone that can further his education and confidence.

He is a very sweet affectionate horse, is good with farrier, dentist and loads in trailer. He is generally a calm and easy to handle but he is a TB and can on VERY FEW occasions can act like one, so no novice or inexperienced homes.

Martina is a beautiful 15.2hh TB mare. She retired from playing polo at the end of the season in 2024 and has been used as a hacking horse since. She has really friendly and is very easy to do anything with, shoe, box, vet etc. She is very laid back and is regularly handled by children and has lived with other horses, sheep and chickens.
She is very a sensible hack in company and very safe in traffic but needs a confident rider to hack alone as she is nervous on her own.
Very good to school.

She had steroid injections into her front fetlocks twice when playing polo but has not needed them since being used for hacking and she is ridden regularly.

In his long-term partnership with his former rider he competed at BE80 and BE90, placing 7th with a 29.5dressage on his last outing.

Her attentions then switched to dressage where he regularly scored 67%+ at Novice and Elementary level BD.

He was then sold to a lady in her 60s to rekindle the riding of her past, but tragically it has transpired that her own spinal issues mean his talents are being wasted and the sad decision to sell, is in his best interests.

Absolutely perfect with traffic and not spookie at all. Been backed about 4 weeks and proving to be very bold. Make fantastic project for over the summer to become a great all rounder.
He would make an amazing endurance horse too.

15.2hh 5yo Irish TB chestnut gelding

Cloud is a very easy going, gentle and kind horse, who is enjoying his chance at a second career.
He is riding well on the flat, with a level temperament, trainable brain and soft mouth. His paces are super rhythmical and balanced for his level of training. We have started his education over coloured poles, proving genuine and honest but still green in this area.
Cloud hacks alone, and in company, in front or behind. Has led off of another horse in walk and trot out hacking. He has seen traffic and farm machinery, and again unfazed.
Easy to handle, good to do in the stable and tied on the yard, likes some cuddles and affection. Good with the farrier and has nice feet, shod all round. I have not clipped him but he was perfect with the trimmers on his bridlepath so can’t see that he would be a problem. Loads and travels well, standing patiently when we have stopped at the services or arrived prior to unloading.

Cloud has all the building blocks to progress in any sphere with a competent rider, no novices. He deserves a loving home who will dedicate time to his education.

Been out to arena hires and XC schooled, he has a super jump and is very much a yes man. Popped straight round the fences here first time no need to show him anything first, just got on with his job.
Starting to string some fences together in arena and shows plenty of ability if wanted.

Buster (Buster Edwards) is an OTTB, retired from racing in 2023. I bought him to essentially happy hack and have some fun with but due to lack of time and money I just sadly can’t keep him anymore.

He is 16.1/2hh and turned 14 in April, in his previous home he hunted, showed and did a bit of jumping (not his favourite thing) along with other things but hasn’t done any of this with me other than a couple of small logs out hacking. Buster does everything in a snaffle, he is a brilliant hack, hacks in company will go first or last, does hack alone he just likes to call! This gets better the more he does. He is impeccable in open spaces and pulls up easily every time. He was sold to me as he isn’t the keenest jumper but I have discovered he does enjoy jumping logs out hacking (haven’t actually schooled him over jumps since i bought him but know he has done this in the past, although is not his preferred activity!). I have flat schooled him a couple of times and he knows what he’s doing and has three lovely paces but this isn’t his favourite thing and he can get a bit stroppy/frustrated if you do too much of it. He is a very clever little horse with an awesome brain, he is good for farrier (hot shod), clipping, bathing, excellent to travel, good with dogs. He is moody around his dinner but has never kicked or bitten, just ears back typical racehorse, I have taught him to reverse out of your space before giving him his feed so this behaviour isn’t at all threatening. When I bought him he was living out with 4 other mares, but I’ve had him in his own paddock. He currently lives out 24/7 but he doesn’t mind being stabled either. Only going to the best of homes, this is a devastating sale but in this current climate I really don’t have any other option. 💔

Currently out of work due to me breaking my wrist so sold as seen from field, he’s had time off in the past with me and as he came back into work he was nappy/ had a bit of a buck as i set off but after a week of regular work this disappeared.
