12h registered Dartmoor black mare, 20yrs young. Backed as a late 8yr old. Just testing the water, for potential sale of this sweet mare. Don't let her age put you off. She is a pocket rocket 🚀🚀She is absolutley bomb proof out hacking nothing fazes her, shes been stood next to the railway line while the steam train went past (we didn't know it was coming past) and blew its horn without so much as a blink 🤣That being said, she has previously hunted with previous owners so she likes to get a lick on 🤣 for this reason she is more of a 2nd pony as she can be strong.Never nasty or silly. Shes a sweet little mare and very safe, just needs a rider not a passenger. She has previously done lead rein and been shown in hand. Brilliant jumping and games pony. Would excel in PC mounted games. She has been known to nap back to the gate when in the show ring, but with a strong enough rider she is fine.Never bucked, reared or bolted. Would suit a teenager/small adult. Has done well in Intro dressage, despite not being that well schooled. She can work in an outline with an adult who knows what they are doing, but she hasn't really been schooled prior to coming to us. We have spent time and money to help with this and she has improved massively. She is very sweet natured, so easy to do. hacks alone or in company, good to clip, trim (currently barefoot), travel, will stand on the trailer all day and daughter loads her. Up to date with vaccinations, dentist, regular chiro treatments and worming. No expense has been spared with her. Will come with tack and rugs. Plenty of photos and videos available. No loans, 5 ⭐️ home only, based hampshire.

I purchased Monty from a driving home 6 months ago to fill the gap as my young horse had a holiday. He was unbroken to ride but proved to be very easy to break and took to everything quickly. In this time Monty has done a variety of all-rounder activities including beach rides, arena XC and some jumping at home. He is established on the flat in walk and trot with a consistent contact and is responsive to canter but needs more time and strength to develop in this area. He would do a very sweet intro test already. Monty has done a small amount of jumping, mainly working on basics so not to rush him. He has done gridwork, small courses of 70cm (including fillers) and arena XC. So far he has proved very brave with steps, water, ditches and solid fences. He’s not phased about other horses jumping/splashing through the water around him. Hacking is probably Monty’s favourite ridden activity. He has done plenty of beach rides - enjoying a plod through the sea or a canter with friends. He has also been good to hack in open fields and on the road, having the occasional spook at something silly but generally a relaxed character. Hacks alone and in company. Goes first or last - doesn’t panic he’s being left behind etc. Monty is easy on the ground, good to catch, lead, load, clip, shoe and with the vet. He is up to date with teeth, physio, vaccinations and can come with his professionally fitted GFS saddle. He is currently on individual turnout but has previously been turned out with others. Lives in or out and is generally an easy going chap. His perfect home would be with someone who loves hacking or wants to do a bit more producing to get him to PC/RC standard. He will tolerate people pressing the wrong buttons but ideally needs someone competent and confident to keep his education on the right track. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to run two horses so Monty needs to find his next person. Open to viewings and vettings. Based in West Sussex, West Wittering. £5500ovno to include fitted saddle.https://youtu.be/DHTPx5csdPM?si=JGcXUj8wO9mKYU9Ahttps://youtu.be/HcCYpNOrNaU?si=L_PbsrRxH9Vaq49B
ROY - the most fantastic little pony, if you’re looking for a pony that you can trust your child with on their own with him, he is your guy. You can leave him in the field for weeks even months get on him and he will be the same pony every time there is not one bad bone in his body. He’s never bucked/reared ever. He is definitely more woah than go, so we’ll need a little pilot willing to give him a pony club kick and go. Although he is only five years old, his age should not put you off because he is as safe as houses. He hunted last season with the Blackmore & Sparkford Vale & did an awayday with the south Dorset Hunt always with a child on his back. He has been in an arena and jumped coloured poles. He has also been round a cross-country course. he never gets whizzy, just a very laid-back chap. He has been with me since he was a foal to be a companion for my horse but when he grew into the pony he is now I realise he was too much of a waste to be a filled ornament. Complete genuine sale Home more important than price. He is just a pony that loves having a job and is so ready to be loved by a child or two or three. He has not done any pony club rally yet but I can assure you again and again he will do anything he has asked to do.
Very sad sale of our beautiful British riding pony mare, Bunny We have owned bunny for the past two years in which time she has taught my daughter so much. Now very sadly outgrown. My daughter has done lots of hacking, some local showing and intro dressage tests. Bunny ‘Whiteleaze Secret Charm’ has spent most of her life so far as a showing pony with notable wins at royal Windsor and royal international. Good to clip, load and travel. Not suited to a complete novice as she takes some confidence from her rider so would say rider needs to be confident in at least walk and trotBunny loves to hack, she will go first or last Barefoot and great for the farrier Requires restricted grazing due to a bout of laminitis prior to coming to us, she has a very small amount of medication for ems. Prefers to live in overnight£4500 to include tack and rugs

💫 Bronheulog George 💫 Welsh Section B Gelding 12.2hh rising 8 yrs.George is a late starter through no fault of his own. We have backed him then he was turned away for a break over dec/Jan and has recently returned to work.He was started by a small adult and now my 8yr old daughter is riding him. I feel he would make a lovely WH/PC/Allrounder. He is green and will need further producing, so is not an instant ready made child’s pony. But certainly something a competent child could carry on with.He has a lovely willing attitude to work and is quick to learn. In no rush to move him on so please no time wasters.Based Isle of Wight, can help with transport.£2,200
Cookie 🍪Connemara x Approx 14.1hh but will easily make 14.2! Turning 4 year old mare - old head on young shoulders so would be suitable for a confident child! I cannot say a bad word about this pony - Cookie is a pleasure to do in all ways. She loves to be fussed and will stand all day to be groomed. She is currently barefoot and has very good strong feet. She is living out 24/7 but equally happy in a stable. Not at all mareish and turns out with mares & geldings. Doesn’t need to be ridden everyday - she is a really easygoing, lovely mare. She has been brought on slowly so is still green which is to be expected for her age, however she is a quiet pony and always snaffle mouthed. More woah than go but not a complete kick along! She is happy hacking out alone or in company & has popped a tiny fence! Proving to be a star ⭐️Has seen all farm machinery as we are on a farm and good with dogs! NO vices - she is a super little pony with so much potential to make someone very happy! Mid four figures but perfect home more important. Please call for more info. More pictures/videos available

Fully involved every year with Cowdray Hunt Pony Club, Midhurst since 2014 attending rallies and all camps.Loves to jump - has a big jump for the older more competent child to have fun with, but equally happy pottering over trotting poles and small jumps.Very good to handle, load, shoe, clip, dentist, vet, lunge, take for walks with the dogs! Clean bill of health and veterinary history available from Blackdown Equine, Fernhurst if required. Snaffle ride, not strong and always easy to pull up for a child.Nelson is a characterful Welsh Section A with a sweet natured cheeky personality. Therefore, he is suited to confident children who won’t be phased by cheeky pony antics and happy to laugh it off at 1.5 level. By the time they are riding fully independently, they have mastered him! If he occasionally loses his jockey, he stops still and looks at them with a bit of a smirk! KT is a safe, affectionate mare and a pleasure for all the family to handle. Exceptionally easy to handle on the ground. Turns out with mares or geldings, living in or out. Used mostly as a mother/daughter hacking horse. She is a safe ride (lady in 60s with double hip replacement regularly rides her) excellent brakes in all situations, so safe she can even be ridden in a halter. Low mileage only ever had 2 homes. She is a great hack, often takes the lead in company. Will hack alone just a little green and takes reassurance from her rider. Piebald LW cob type mare rising 11 years a big full up 13.2 handsGenuine safe school mistress who turns her hoof to anything and everything.Loves her job, brilliant to hack, safe in all traffic.Full up 13.2hh 10 year old mare.If you’re looking for a safe, sensible family pony who can turn her hooves to anything, you may have found This gorgeous girl has been an absolute ‘heart pony’ and wonderful confidence giver, as well as the best teacher a child can have, she has taken her riders from lead rein through mini teams to confidently jumping 70!She has done pony club and everything from rallies, camps and beach rides to Area Competitions. She shows promise to do more in her dressage and is very balanced and polite and educated for a cobby type, and she loves cross country, adding many rosettes to the wall! She is also steady and reliable SJ, but isn’t the fastest!!She is easy to handle, clip, shoe and load. She has lovely feathers, we usually clip them off and keep her more streamlined. She has had her teeth routinely done, with no issues. Easy with other ponies and can hack out on her own and in company. She is good in all traffic, happily hacks alone or with others through cattle and a busy farm.Prior to us she was in the same home for four years, doing her job before she was genuinely outgrown and her riders moved on to a sportier model. She loves fuss and attention, and we are hoping to find her a home with a child who can already trot and canter but maybe has lost their confidence and is looking for a very special friend to hold their hand and help them enjoy riding again. Maybe with a small parent who can hack occasionally in the week although she doesn’t mind and is no different if ridden less. This is a very difficult decision. She is wasted with our son, she is just too nice a pony and loves the attention too much to be stood in the field, and our daughter just can’t manage the time for two ponies with ever increasing school and social commitments. She can be seen with a friend who has better facilities, so she can be tried in an arena and hacking etc. Please no time wasters. We are looking to find her a loving and caring new home hopefully over the school holiday.£8500 can be discussed to an amazing home and for an easy sale as this is hard enough
Up to height registered Shetland gelding, rising 11. Lead rein, first ridden, showing, hunting and pony club - he’s done it! Conrad has been a legend throughout his life, turning his sparkly feet from everything from beginner lead rein riders, to hunting, showing, pony club and everything in between. He is an awesome little machine of a pony who adores to be loved and worked and thrives on being the centre of attention! He is a confidence giving ride and a brilliant pony to take little people from learning on the lead rein, to cantering and jumping off the lead rein and is a sensible first ridden. He has been successfully shown, doing everything from fancy dress to affiliated M&M, LR, FR and junior ridden classes at some big busy shows. He’s happy to give M&M working hunter classes a go too and also likes to have a little pop round coloured show jumps too. He’s good to hack, in open spaces and with the usual things like loading, the farrier, clipping etc. He is incredibly handsome, but let’s face it, he is still a Shetland so can sometimes need some adult handling (for example he has a repertoire of tricks to avoid being wormed!) but 99.9% of the time he really is adorable. And what pony doesn’t let its halo slip once in a while. To be fair this is never when ridden, just if he’s having a cheeky day on the ground. He's not dangerous or a problem, just silly little things like might decide to untie his rope, or open a bolt, or step away when you do his girth once in a blue moon, look at you and laugh, he's just the funniest character. He’s been handled by children his whole life and just loves to be busy! He’d make an awesome racing Shetland, he’d love the big occasion although I’m not convinced he’d be very fast, he’d have a wonderful day out looking at the crowds and I’m sure his little rider would enjoy it too. Very sad and genuine reason for sale. Virtually his whole history is known. Lots of video available to genuine homes ONCE we have spoken on the phone. This is a difficult sale so if you’re considering be he might be your next family member, please message with your name and a little more about the home you can offer him, with your phone number and I’ll give you a call back when I have phone signal 🖤£6000 inc tack and rugs
