We have owned Splash for 5 years, where he has been a ridden by a variety of riders in our Riding school and Pony Club centre, which sadly closed last October.
Splash has done all pony club activities including, lessons, hacking, mounted games, jumping x pole courses and fancy dress.
Like many welsh ponies, Splash doesnt have a a very good canter and tiny inexperienced children struggle to keep him balanced in canter. Therefore we are looking for a lead rein / first ridden off the lead home where he can do his job again teaching a child/ children to be confident on and off the lead at walk and trot.
Splash prefers to live out with company, He is completely non spooky and doesnt ever hot up or get sharp and works happily on his own in the arena/out on hack.
Good to shoe (He is shod infont) catch, load and in in traffic and up to date with teeth and jabs.

126cm beautiful registered Welsh section B mare, 4 years. I have owned this pony since a yearling, being shown in hand successfully including stay away shows and evening performances. She has taken everything in her stride. Monksholding Forget Me Not (Harry)

Harry is looking for a competent teen or small adult wanting to do a bit of everything and have fun. He has mainly been hacking but has hunted, raced in the new forest point to point, been colt hunting and competed in hunter trials, well schooled. He loves having a job to do, can get excitable and throw in a very occasional buck, but is snaffle mouthed. Good to hack alone and in company, unbothered by livestock, traffic or heavy machinery. He travels well but can be difficult to load, but this is only as I don't have my own transport so can't practice. He is kept with a gelding as he can be riggy with mares in season.

Rosie is a 13h new forest x pony who has just turned 19. She is a school mistress who knows her job and gets on with it. A great confidence giver and calm ride. She loves competing and at SJ we compete her 50&60 and she always goes clear and is in the ribbons. At Pony Club rallies she will jump 70+. She does a lovely dressage test and before us was a polo pony so is fantastic at PPC and quick turns. She has attended many PC rallies and has been to residential camp. She has been to shows at many different venues and is actually quite a fan of music when competing. She went to mini champs at Bicton last year and had qualified for Hickstead Sunshine Tour this year in dressage. She loves to hack, can live in or out but can be a bit bossy to younger horses in the field. She can be fussy to load on a trailer, but we have a practiced rotuine, and we get her on and go to events very regularly. She normally walks straight on a lorry if it has a ramp that is not too steep.
Our child can clip her, excellent for farrier (front shoes only) and up to date with vaccinations and teeth.

Cob X mare - 12 years old

Beloved family member for 4.5 years and known to us before that.

Although only 12.2hh she does take up the leg well, pics are with current 14 year old jockey who is lightweight but growing fast (5'5" currently). She hacks her out 5 times a week, either on her own or in company, in front or last and we regularly box out to hack in new places.

In the time we have had her, she has taught her young novice jockey and learnt on the job as they have gone.

She has been to some group lessons in an outdoor arena and done a little jumping as well as attended a fun ride. She was well behaved under saddle and on the ground and is unfazed by new places.

Lives on a busy farm with machinery, livestock dogs etc, the only thing that really bothers her is if something sneaks up behind her.

Does not get hot headed in open spaces, good on the road, loves the water.

Can be a little jig joggy and strong when excited, but not malicious, but for this reason not a 1st pony as could put off a very small or nervous jockey.

this is really hard to post but I am looking for a new home for Brian 🥺
He is a 5year old welsh section A with a heart of gold. I Want him to go to a lovely companion home due to health reasons ( grade 5 heart murmur ) no medication required
He is safe as houses for kids to learn on the ground with. My kids lead him around the roads when we go out hacking on our other pony and I trust him 💯 he would stand and be pampered all day also.
My vet has said he could still be ridden or be a lead rein pony if a heart scan came back ok but I just don’t have the money to spend on getting him scanned and he is just wasted now when he could be a lovely companion pony for something or to teach little kids on the ground. This is heartbreaking as we love him so much but we now have another pony that we are putting a lot of time into and he’s not getting enough attention sadly and we don’t have the grazing for him to be a field ornament.

I brought Cleo just over a year ago and have backed her myself. She’s been to multiple dressage competitions and has competed up to Prelim BD on a ticket with myself.
An absolute XC machine who will jump anything in front of her with the scope to go much higher.
Pops a course of 70 in the school with ease and has 3 lovely paces. She does struggle with trot to canter transitions sometimes but is getting better each time. Leg yeilds in walk, trot and canter. Has started some counter canter work as well.

Loads and travels like a dream, easy to deal with at competitions (I take her out regularly by myself), hacks out alone and in company (in front or behind), excellent in traffic, good to clip and for farrier/vet/physio. He may occasionally put in a cheeky, harmless buck with a bigger rider—but nothing that would unnerve a confident child.

8 year old Welsh Section B 12.2hh

Nitro is a typical Welsh cheeky chappy. Incredibly friendly, loves his food and is always pulling funny faces. A real character to have around. He is good to catch, clip, load, dentist etc.

He is a scopey, careful jumper with potential to go far. I think I have slightly over horsed my children so looking for a home which can offer more consistency and work for him and happy to build up slowly. He is great to hack and in the school and safe as houses, trotting, cantering etc. He just gets very excited when he sees the bigger jumps. He doesn’t seem to be scared of any jumps, fillers, ditches etc.

Nitro is also a pro at polo, never flinching at the ball or other ponies and learnt it incredibly quickly. He moves well laterally and would probably love and excel at mounted games. He is a delight to hack and never seems to spook at anything. He easily clears 80/ 90cms and takes it all in his stride. He can get strong jumping the bigger stuff and will take you to the jump so needs a rider who likes that and is more confident than my kids! He might be more relaxed in a more all round home, rather than being pushed too hard at jumping. Or a home that wants to start small and grow together. He is fit and ready to go on summer adventures.
