Sarah Jones Confidence Coaching

Description:

With 35 years teaching experience, Sarah specialises in working with the rider's mental toolbox and mindset as opposed to just the physical. Sarah is a BHS Level 3 (Dressage) APC, UKCC Level 2, Ride Safe Trainer and an Accredited Centre 10 Advanced Coach. She is also a Level 4 Hypnotherapist, giving her riders a greater awareness of how the mind is able to enhance the workings of the body which can greatly enhance their bond with their horse. Sarah is passionate about getting the foundations correct and her focus on position, grounding, breath, core engagement and body awareness sets her apart from more traditional coaches. In addition, Sarah is also a qualified ESMT and a worldwide Animal Communicator, giving her more tools in her box to work with the horse holistically.

Although dressage and flatwork focused, Sarah also works with the horse/rider combination from the floor and has a vast experience of both Agility and Liberty work (currently competing herself to a high level).

Sarah's goal as a coach and a mentor, is to help her client's achieve theirs. She helps her client's see their obstacles as tools to further learning, recognise and dispel negative thought patterns and find the fun in their discipline. Her enthusiasm and compassion for enhancing their bond with their equine is second to none.
