Description:

We are a friendly licenced livery yard, near Marwell Zoo, just South of Winchester, @ Fishers Pond, close to M27 and M3, we hold many events, as well as local driving clubs on the farm,
We have a training and meeting room where socials and instruction are held in the winter, talks from vets farriers etc, watch the Hampshire BDS website for information, or the GRAYSWOOD CARRIAGE website.

LESSONS
We teach carriage driving from beginners to advanced by qualified instructors with a life time of driving experience and are fully insured, children most welcome.
We use our home bred schoolmaster horses or with your own turnout. Have a full size all weather arena, with cones and grass dressage area, also permanent obstacles on our 100 acre farm for customers and livery use, or can be hired.

TEST AND TRAINING
We are a British Driving Soc reconized test centre, so if you drive but would like to take an exam, give us a ring. With the modern day traffic, the road driving one is a good qualification to have, and very easy to do. The syallabus for all exams are available from the British Driving Society web site. You can take it here at Grayswood, but you need to register with the BDS, just ring us for advise if not sure.
So if you want a change in the equestrian world, perhaps a leg or back problem makes it impossible to ride any more but want to be involved in the equestrian world, come and have a taster driving lesson to see how you get on, From £40.
If you are having problems with your driving horse, we might be able to help as we train and reschool to harness customers horses, or just need help with the fit of harness and vehicle.

LIVERIES
Driving liveries taken with qualified staff to look after your horse, and help you and your turnout, with 24 hour supervision and owners on site. Space for one carriage under cover, plus parking for one lorry. Sorry no DIY. Part or full, training or schooling livery. Prices on application as each horse has different requirements, stallions if well mannered excepted
We make all our own hay and hay ledge and have shavings for good size boxes

CARRIAGE HIRE
We hire out our carriage and driver for social rides, birth days, anniversary etc, vouchers supplied for that special present, why not give mum and dad a treat.

Holiday cover for your horse, we can collect and deliver back home.

So what ever you want to do in the driving world if for pleasure-showing or events we can help.

We also offer advise when looking for your ideal horse and vehicle.
