You’ll begin receiving renewal emails approximately two weeks before your listing is due. There’s no need to mark your diary — you can pay at any time. Early payment will not shorten your advertising period; it simply adds on to your existing expiry date.

What Happens When You Renew ✨

When an NFED Directory Listing is renewed:

• You’ll receive your receipt by email

• Your listing will be featured on the NFED homepage

• It will also be shared on NFED social media, exactly as new listings are

This gives existing listings a valuable promotional boost every time they’re renewed — at no extra charge 🎉.

If payment isn’t received, the listing will expire approximately one week after the due date.

Reactivating an Expired Listing ⏳

Expired listing details are saved for around 4 weeks. During this time, your listing can be reactivated within 24 hours of receiving payment — no need to start again.

After 4 weeks, a new listing submission will be required.

PayPal Subscription (Business Advertising Only) 💳

A PayPal Subscription allows business advertisers to pay continuously by monthly instalments, avoiding missed renewal dates and saving 10%. Your listing will also be shared on the NFED Facebook page and group each month when the payment is received — a nice extra bit of visibility 📣.

If the subscription is cancelled, the listing will expire unless alternative payment arrangements are made.

Important ❗

The subscription option is strictly for advertisers who want to spread payments and simplify renewals. Advertisers who cancel before completing the minimum advertising period:

• 3 months for Standard Listings

• 6 months for Economy Listings
