This usually happens when extra browser windows or tabs are left open, or if you return to the submission form after your advert has already been posted. The system won’t allow an exact duplicate, so the original advert must have been edited or removed for the second one to slip through.

You’ll get an email notification about the duplicate, but there’s no need to worry — or do anything.
