Why We Do Not Provide Phone Support

The NFED is run as a small hobby/business from our home. There are no staff, no set office hours and no office phone, so we’re unable to offer telephone support.

Using the Contact Form, Email or WhatsApp message is far more practical, as we often need links, photos or screenshots to help you properly.

Most questions are already answered in the Help & FAQs, but if you do need to get in touch, please use one of the following:
