Advert not found?

If you are trying to log in to modify or delete your advert & the advert is not found, it is normally due to the advert number or password being incorrect. These will have been sent to you automatically in the Advert Details Email, but both can be recovered from the control panel.

Passwords are case sensitive, so must be typed exactly as originally entered.
Mypassword is different to mypassword

Please make sure that you do not type a space before or after the advert number or password, this will be seen as a character making it incorrect.

The advert number which is shown at the top of the advert must be correct.

If you have renewed your advert, the new advert will have a different advert number.

Your order number (Paid Ads) is different to your advert number. This is issued by the shopping cart system & is not recognised by the classifieds, although your advert number will be show under your order details.

Other Reasons
If the guidelines have not been followed, the advert will be deleted without notice, so will not be found.
If an advert is awaiting payment & this is not received after two days, it will expire from the waiting list.
If an approved advert is over 6 months old, it will have expired & been deleted from the database.
