NFED Help & Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add or replace a photo?

After you have submitted your advert (Stage 3), you will be given the option to post your photos or you can return & post a photo at any time by going to the Advert Control Panel.

Photos must be in jpg, jpeg, bmp, png or gif format with a maximum size of 3Mb.

To replace a photo, simply upload a new photo & it will replace your old one. If it uploads successfully but doesn't change, you may need to refresh the page as you are still seeing the old photo held in your history.

In all cases it is the advertisers responsibility to ensure that they hold copyright or have permission to use the photo. In most cases the photographer owns the copyright under UK copyright laws. Using any photograph without permission or the photographers consent is breaking the law. In the event of a dispute, the image will be removed until proof can be provided, any copyright disputes are between the copyright owner and the poster.
