I agree that I will be solely responsible for the content of all directory listings that I post and that I will indemnify the New Forest Equine Directory and hold it harmless for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any listings or ads that I post here.

1. We DO NOT permit anonymous advertising on the NFED and ask you to enter your real name or company name, postal address and phone number when submitting a listing. If you would prefer to hide your street address & phone number from the public, this option is available on the submission form, but the details must be supplied to the administrator or your advert will be rejected without notice. Your details will always be kept in strictest confidence, will not be used for advertising purposes or passed onto third parties with the exception of the police or relevant authority in the event of an investigation.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your listings accurately describes your business or service that you provide. Anyone found to be posting dishonest or deliberately misleading adverts, will be blocked from posting future adverts.
3. Approved listings are normally posted within 24 hours, but this may take slightly longer during busy periods. Paying advertisers will receive confirmation of the listings approval and a receipt in PDF format. Please note: Approved listings are posted in the order that they are submitted (by Listing Number), not in the order that they are approved.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your listing works and enquiries are received correctly. Certain ISP’s, anti-spam software or a combination of the two, can identify enquiries as spam and inadvertently block them. Try sending an enquiry to your own advert and if this is not received, please see FAQs for possible solutions.
5. All listings will accept a photo in Jpeg or GIF format providing it is no larger than 100kb & & up to 500 pixels wide by 750 pixels high. We are happy to scan, edit, resize & upload your photo for you, see Photo Help for details.
6. No foul or otherwise inappropriate language will be tolerated. Listings in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning.
7. No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.
8. PLEASE DO NOT TYPE IN UPPER CASE. This is harder to read and is considered to be shouting.
9. No submissions promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of this State or Province, this Country, or of the state or country of domicile of the person posting the ad shall be allowed.
10. The New Forest Equine Directory reserves the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are in violation of these guidelines.
11. The New Forest Equine Directory reserves the right to remove listings that are submitted to the wrong category.
12. The New Forest Equine Directory administrator will make regular back ups of the directory data to enable a rebuild in the event of a server crash or other technical problems. Should the data be lost for any reason whatsoever, the New Forest Equine Directory will not be liable for refunds on lost advertising time. Any refunds will be totally at the discretion of the New Forest Equine Directory administrator.
